Caroline Thibeault is an Associate focusing her practice on labor and employment law and school law.
Work for Clients
Ms. Thibeault represents and advises public and private sector clients on labor and employment issues including labor relations, collective bargaining, discrimination, and discipline and discharge. She also works with school clients on issues including student discipline, Title IX compliance, special education law, and bullying.
Ms. Thibeault is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in Rhode Island. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Council of School Attorneys.
Personal and Community Activities
Ms. Thibeault is a violinist who enjoys chamber music and orchestral playing. She also enjoys running, hiking, and traveling.
Ms. Thibeault holds a Bachelors Degree, summa cum laude, in Political Science from Providence College and a J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School. While in law school, Ms. Thibeault served as the Research Editor for the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest. She also served as an SJC Rule 3:03 certified student-attorney representing indigent clients in civil matters including family law, public benefits law, and housing law.
