Erica Feldman is an Associate focusing her practice on public and private sector management-side labor and employment law and school law.
Work for Clients
Ms. Feldman represents and advises public and private sector clients on labor and employment issues including collective bargaining, labor relations, and unfair labor practices. Ms. Feldman represents clients in negotiations with their employee unions and has experience in traditional and interest-based bargaining. Ms. Feldman has represented management in negotiations with unions representing teachers, administrators, paraprofessionals, public works departments and employees in public safety departments, including fire, police, and dispatch personnel. She also trains management personnel on collective bargaining and unfair labor practices.
Ms. Feldman is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association. She is also on the Legal Board for the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center.
Personal and Community Activities
Ms. Feldman enjoys traveling to places where she can scuba dive or ski. She has served as a volunteer lawyer for Community Legal Services and Counseling Center, Inc. She is also an enthusiastic runner and cook.
Ms. Feldman holds a Bachelors Degree from Bates College and a J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law.
