Areas of practice: Sandy Curko is an associate specializing in Civil Litigation. Her practice focuses on the areas of commercial and business litigation, tort litigation, products liability, premises liability, insurance coverage litigation, and unfair and deceptive trade practices. Her expertise includes breach of contract cases, as well as other matters arising out of contractual disputes and interpretation.

Work for clients: Over the years, Ms. Curko has successfully represented a wide variety of clients, including individuals, retail establishments, insurance companies, businesses of all sizes and international corporations. Prior to joining Deutsch Williams, she was a litigation associate at the defense firm of Boyle, Morrissey & Campo, P.C. in Boston, where she specialized and developed expertise in the areas of premises liability, products liability, insurance coverage litigation, motor vehicle negligence, and G.L. c. 93A/176D cases. She has represented her individual and corporate clients through all phases of litigation and trial.

Professional activities: Ms. Curko has been admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 1998. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Ms. Curko is a member of the Boston Bar Association (Business Litigation Committee) and the Massachusetts Bar Association (Civil Litigation Section).

Personal/Community activities: Ms. Curko enjoys basketball, running and traveling. She has served as a volunteer basketball coach for the West End Boys & Girls Club in Allston. She has also served as a volunteer in the Floating Hospital for Children at New England Medical Center. She is fluent in Croatian and proficient in French.

Education: Ms. Curko holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University, and received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
