Areas of practice: Mr. Ross is an associate concentrating his practice on municipal law and real estate matters. Mr. Ross’ municipal practice concentrates primarily on zoning, permitting, subdivisions, conservation restrictions and environmental matters. His real estate practice focuses on the financing, sale, acquisition, development, construction and leasing of commercial and residential real estate, including office buildings, hotels, shopping centers and condominium projects.

Work for clients: Mr. Ross represents various municipalities in Massachusetts with regard to real estate related matters such as subdivisions, layouts and eminent domain takings and conservation restrictions. Mr. Ross has also counseled individuals, closely held businesses and numerous national and regional owners, investors, lenders and developers in all aspects of commercial real estate matters and ongoing strategic corporate concerns.

Professional activities: Mr. Ross has been admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 1998 and is a member of the Boston Bar Association.

Personal/Community activities: Mr. Ross enjoys running and hockey in his spare time. He has served as a volunteer for Jimmy Fund events and the North East All Retriever Rescue.

Education: Mr. Ross received an A.B. from Dartmouth College in 1994 and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1998 where he was an editor for the American Journal of Law & Medicine.
