John Foskett and Regina Hurley to speak at the MCLE's "Complex Valuation Issues in a Divorce Case" Conference October 6, 2008.   2008-09-24

John Foskett will be speaking on "Treatment Of Capital Gains Taxes and “Cost Of Sale” in Valuing Assets in Massachusetts Divorce Cases" and also "Double Dipping in Massachusetts Divorce Cases" at the MCLE's "Complex Valuation Issues in a Divorce Case" conference on October 6, 2008 at the MCLE's Winter Place Conference Center.

Regina Hurley will be speaking on "Valuing Unique Assets" and "Gifted and Inherited Assets" at the MCLE's "Complex Valuation Issues in a Divorce Case" conference on October 6, 2008.

Regina will also be speaking on "Parental Abduction: Can it Be Prevented" at the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court Inns of Court October 6, 2008 dinner meeting.
