The Deutsch Williams labor and employment law group provides legal services to employers in the public and private sectors. Our clients represent virtually every industry, as well as cities and towns, school committees and large public authorities. Our services include:

      • Practice before the National Labor Relations Board, the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission, and the Massachusetts Civil Service Commission
      • Counsel on employment discrimination matters, including practice before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
      • Counsel on employee leave entitlements, including leave pursuant to the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Small Necessities Leave Act
